I was a bit intimidated at first when initiating this 27th Sketchcrawl here in Paris but everything was okay: Nice weather, though a bit chilly in the morning and friendly group in a nice area of Paris along St Martin Canal up to the bassin de la Villette.
These are so lovely Martine. =) I think it's so cool that the canal and you share the same name...teeheee!
RépondreSupprimerAmazing especially the tree. I love it because it is so expressive and the color is great. I am working on a painting series of trees in oils. So I do quick sketches in watercolors. But I don't like my watercolor palette. Would you be willing to share your color palette with me as it is so beautiful and might point me in the right direction.
RépondreSupprimerNo problem, Lynn. Just tell me what you want to know !
RépondreSupprimerGreat sketches, wish I could have joined in your sketchcrawl. One of the best cities in the world!
RépondreSupprimer(My in-laws live just outside Paris but sadly we don't get to Europe very often)
You had a fine group and got lots done. I especially like the sketches with bridges.
