  8. Awesome shades in this one! And what a great use of water in dissolving the lines to create smoothness and sharp edges!
    A lot has happened to me Martine ^^ first, I got married, and now I am in Louisiana. I had to quit my job, because I can't really go back to Germany while my status in US is being adjusted. So I am pretty free right now. :) which means I'd be able to get back to drawing again pretty soon.
    But it's really nice to be back and greeted by a big bunch of warm people from all over the world. And your drawings are still as awesome as EVER!

  10. The entire piece pulled me into it and held me there. Everything works beautifully together, moving the eye, and you think you've seen it, but you've given us subtle surprises to discover too. I was going to write that I liked most the way you handled the shore, but then ... some new little detail catches my eye. Wonderful.
